‘Effective Numbers’ - Main Screen along with the percentage of goal are immediately updated with closing of each Time Card and Completed Call. ‘Effective Numbers’ - Dashboard may be run on demand for a date range, Technician or Team range, and includes the relational percentage of goal information.

The ‘Open Call Map’ identifies the last known location of your Service Technicians or Teams using GPS triangulation from their mobile device.
